Our product, the RT01 Smart Reptile Habitat Controller (the "Product"), is designed to assist users in monitoring and regulating temperature and humidity within reptile habitats. By purchasing and using the Product, you acknowledge and agree to the following specific limitations:

  • No Liability for Live Animals or Biological Assets: The Product is an automated monitoring and environmental regulation aid, not a substitute for regular, manual human supervision of animal welfare. Under no circumstances shall GROWING TIME CO., LIMITED be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death of any pets, reptiles, plants, or other livestock contained within the habitat, regardless of whether such loss is claimed to result from Product malfunction, inaccurate readings, or sensor deviations.

  • Assumption of Risk: Environmental parameters within a habitat depend on multiple external factors, including but not limited to third-party heating/cooling devices, ambient room temperature, power stability, and proper sensor placement. The user assumes all risks associated with setting, maintaining, and supervising the target thresholds.

  • Proper Installation and Maintenance: You agree to install and operate the Product strictly in accordance with the official user manual, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by us. We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation, exposure to excessive water/moisture beyond rated specifications, unauthorized disassembly, or modification.

3. General Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this site and all products delivered to you through the service are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

For customers purchasing from outside the domestic shipping location (including buyers in the United States and other countries):

  • Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. RTHabitat has no control over these charges, and all such additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled solely by the buyer.
