Shipping policy
At RTHabitat, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and other important shipping information.
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
The price you see at checkout is the final product price—there are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery.
Please note that expedited shipping options, if available, may incur additional fees, which will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During product launches, Kickstarter fulfillment periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify customers whenever possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees and delays.
- Because we process and ship orders quickly, there is very little time to cancel or change your address. If you need to cancel or update your address, please contact us immediately at reptiliavitaz@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee success.
