Thank you for visiting and shopping at RTHabitat. We are committed to delivering your RT01 Smart Reptile Habitat Controller safely to your doorstep. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that during peak shopping seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Destinations, Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship our products worldwide, directly from our specialized fulfillment center in China. This ensures the highest quality control directly from the production line.

Shipping to the United States:

Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 20 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates: Calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

Shipping to the Rest of the World:

We support worldwide shipping to most international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Time & Rates: Shipping fees and delivery timeframes vary by country and will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.

Note: "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and cannot be 100% guaranteed, as actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance customs checks, international transit events, or local postal delays.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RTHabitat is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees).

If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and trackable within 48–72 hours. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the link provided in the email or via our onsite tracking tools.
5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. RTHabitat is not responsible for non-delivery or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package from the local post office, a reshipping fee may apply.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at rt01@evolveleap.com.

For damaged items, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide clear photos so we can expedite a solution or replacement for you.
