At RTHabitat, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality products. Every RT01 Smart Reptile Controller is carefully tested before shipment and is backed by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

RT01 products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use and operation.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, RTHabitat will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product;
• Replace the defective product with the same or an equivalent model; or
• Issue a refund if a repair or replacement is not available.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials.
• Manufacturing defects in workmanship.
• Hardware failures that occur during normal intended use.
• Functional defects not caused by customer misuse.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper installation or setup.
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
• Use of incompatible accessories or power supplies.
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear.
• Damage caused by fire, flooding, lightning, or other natural disasters.
• Commercial misuse or any use outside the product's intended purpose.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is covered under warranty, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.
• A description of the issue.
• Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable).

Our technical support team will review your claim and may provide troubleshooting steps before approving a warranty replacement or repair.

Shipping for Warranty Service

If your warranty claim is approved:

• RTHabitat will cover the cost of shipping any replacement product to you.
• Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be asked to return the defective product for inspection.
• If the issue is determined not to be covered by this warranty, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from RTHabitat or an authorized retailer.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Except as required by applicable law, RTHabitat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
